When Trendler began as Trendler Metal Products in 1932, we operated out of a factory at 63rd and Hoyne on the south side of Chicago. By 1997, we had grown and become Trendler, Inc. and moved into our current facility in the area near Midway Airport in Chicago.
Our current factory is a 160,000-square-foot furniture manufacturing facility that features the best equipment in the industry. We manufacture every furniture component and finished furniture product completely in-house. The stamping dies, welding fixtures, and injection molding that we use are built and maintained by us to ensure that we fabricate the best possible components to go into our finished furniture products. Our manufacturing process integrates many different technologies such as production metal stamping, plastic injection molding, robotic mig welding, powder coating, wood finishing, upholstery, tube fabrication, and complex assembly.
We stay ahead of the curve when it comes to manufacturing techniques with our in-house Research and Development team that is always looking for ways to improve our processes.
